I have been leading fully remote and hybrid teams since before virtual collaboration became the norm, in multiple contexts including:

• a beloved global dining brand

• an agile technology start-up breaking into international markets

• and a mission-driven non-profit putting down roots

I specialize in shaping remote and hybrid models that aren’t simply reactive fixes to outdated office playbooks, and instead are sustainable, future-ready systems built for the way modern teams actually operate.

The central focus of this newsletter is to empower leaders of dispersed teams with new skillsets and structures to lead with confidence, wherever their people may be.
